Contracted Creator Agreement

This Contracted Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and GRYFFINDOR PTE. LTD. ("we", "us") and governs the Ithren contracted creator program. It supplements the Terms of Service; anything not covered here is governed by the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines.

1. Invitation and effect

• The program is by invitation only. We decide whom to invite based on factors such as the Coins you earned last month, how long your account has existed and whether you have recent violations. Places are limited, and meeting the criteria does not guarantee an invitation.
• After you agree to this Agreement in the app, enter your country or region, and submit an application, we review it. This Agreement takes effect only when we approve your application. We may reject an application without giving reasons; a rejected creator may be invited again in a later month.
• An invitation expires if you do not apply within the stated period (currently 14 days).

2. Non-exclusive

This Agreement is non-exclusive. It does not restrict you from creating or publishing on other platforms and does not change your rights in your own content; the content license you grant us remains as set out in the Terms of Service.

3. How settlement works

• On the 1st day of each month (UTC), we settle, for each contracted creator, the Coins that moved from "pending" to "available" during the previous calendar month. They are converted into a settlement value at the published rate (currently 1 Coin = USD 0.0165), and the same number of Coins is deducted from your available Coins.
• The settlement value is provided as the in-app rewards you choose in the app: monthly membership (activated directly by us, not auto-renewing, with any remainder given as permanent credits) or permanent credits, plus a published bonus (currently 20%). A change of settlement method applies from the following month's settlement.
• There is no guaranteed minimum income and no output quota.

4. Monthly cap and scaling

The total in-app rewards provided to all contracted creators each month are capped at a limit we set and publish in the app. If the total settlement value due to all contracted creators exceeds the cap, everyone's amount is reduced by the same proportion, and the reduced portion is not provided later.

5. Nature of in-app rewards

Membership and permanent credits received under this Agreement are subject to the rules on membership and credits in the Terms of Service: they cannot be transferred to other users or refunded, and credits have no monetary value.

6. Other settlement methods

The program currently settles only in in-app rewards and offers no other settlement method. We may add other settlement methods in the future; if we do, we will notify you in the app and update this Agreement as needed.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes arising from what you receive under this Agreement. We may ask for identity and tax information where required by law, and may suspend settlement until you provide it.

8. Suspension for violations

If your account receives a warning, settlement is suspended for that month: nothing is provided and the related Coins are not deducted, and you will not receive new invitations during the 90-day warning. If your account is suspended or banned, this Agreement ends automatically and your Coins are handled under "Coins and violations" in Section 5 of the Terms of Service, including the 14-day appeal and holding period. If an appeal succeeds the related action is reversed, but an ended Agreement is not automatically restored; you may be invited again later.

9. Termination

• If you fall below the contract threshold (currently 2,000 Coins earned per month) for 3 consecutive months, this Agreement ends automatically and you return to being a regular creator; we will notify you in the app.
• You may end this Agreement at any time by contacting us, and we may end it, or end the program, with notice. Statements already generated will still be provided under this Agreement.

10. Changes

We may change the conversion rate, the cap rules, the bonus rate, the threshold and other figures, and will publish changes in the app in advance. If you continue in the program after a change, you accept it.

11. No guaranteed earnings

We do not guarantee that you will earn any Coins or receive any particular settlement. Earnings depend on how other users use the Service.
