Credits pay for features such as AI replies and scene illustrations. The price of each AI reply depends on the selected model, and the cost is shown under the message. The Billing page in the app lists the prices of each feature and the order in which credits are spent, and your balance history lists every credit earned and spent.

Credits from top-ups and subscriptions are permanent and never expire. Gifts unrelated to a purchase, such as the sign-up gift, new-user rewards and invite rewards, are limited-time credits that expire as shown in the app, and they are spent first. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Credits are available only as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by the store under its own policies; we cannot refund store purchases directly. Request a refund from your Apple purchase history or your Google Play order history.

If a purchase is refunded, all credits it delivered (bonus included) are taken back. Any shortfall becomes a debt that pauses features that cost credits until a later purchase pays it off. See the Terms of Service.

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Manage and cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Each time a membership starts or renews, instant credits are added right away, and while it is active you can claim daily credits in the app once a day; unclaimed daily credits are forfeited at the end of the day. Yearly memberships add their instant credits monthly. Features cost the same number of credits for members and non-members.

Deleting your Ithren account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in the store first.

In the app, go to Me › Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your account enters a 30-day cooling-off period, and signing in again during that time cancels the deletion. After 30 days it is deleted for good.

Tap the "···" button on a character page or at the top of a chat to report a character, report a creator or block a creator. Tap the "···" button on an AI reply to report that reply. Every report is reviewed within 48 hours.

Follow your reports in Settings > My reports and manage blocked creators in Settings > Blocked. See the Community Guidelines.

Characters remember your story through recent messages and an automatic story summary. Your chats are sent to third-party AI providers only to generate replies, and only after you agree.

Creators never see anyone's conversations; they only see aggregated, anonymous stats. When you delete your account, your chats and memory summaries are deleted too. See the Privacy Policy.

Contracted creators are creators we invite to sign an agreement. Each month we invite a small number of creators whose Coins last month met the threshold and who have no recent violations. Invited creators read and accept the Contracted Creator Agreement in the app and apply; it takes effect once we approve the application. Places are limited, and meeting the threshold does not guarantee an invitation.

On the 1st of each month, Coins that became available the previous month are settled under the agreement as in-app rewards such as membership or permanent credits. Monthly totals are capped and earnings are not guaranteed. See the Contracted Creator Agreement.

Ithren is for adults 18+ only (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), and you confirm your age when you first sign in. If you believe a minor is using Ithren, contact us or report it in the app.
